Delivery Time and Shipping Method:

Delivery Time:

In-Stock orders typically ship within 2-3 business days. Orders placed Saturday-Sunday should ship out on Monday.

Customized products which not in stock (eBike, Battery, eBike Conversion Kits) need 6-10 days to assemble and test and 8-12 days shipping.


Shipping Methods:

1. For eBike shipping, we will use National Pallets
2. For other products, we use UKMail (DHL), RoyalMail, UPS, FedEx, DPD(UK), DPD(DE)
